Serve as the interface between business stakeholders and the ServiceNow Product team by investigating business situations, gathering requirements, and identifying process and workflow improvements. Translate complex needs into clear, well-documented requirements, support delivery through the solution lifecycle, and perform some user acceptance testing. Use analytical techniques to validate acceptance criteria and communicate data requirements via models and diagrams.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the interface with business stakeholders to investigate situations and gather requirements for improvements to ServiceNow processes and workflows.
•Manage requirements through the entire delivery and operational life cycle for ServiceNow solutions.
•Define, document, and articulate complex business requirements for development and implementation teams.
•Validate systems, products, business processes, or services against acceptance criteria; perform some user acceptance testing.
•Investigate business situations, develop recommendations for improvement actions, and model/data requirements using diagrams and other representations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 40,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience working in an IT Business Analysis environment.
•Good working knowledge of Agile Business Analysis methodologies.
•Experience with Business Analysis discipline skillsets in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
•Ability to manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders with competing needs.
•Ability to translate complex business requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
