Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide extended test support by working a combination of early and late shifts
  • •Perform battery pack assembly (module installation, busbar and coolant system assembly, enclosure sealing, handling and logistics)
  • •Perform battery module assembly (cell placement, adhesive dispense, wire bonding, Hioki/HiPot and end-of-line testing, handling and logistics)
  • •Conduct battery pack teardown with disassembly, diagnostic, measurement, inspection, and reporting procedures
  • •Operate assembly and testing tools (including enclosure and coolant system leakage testing) and perform basic electrical testing and diagnostics
