•Provide leadership, direction and development to store staff and execute company strategies to ensure a top-brand experience.
•Lead staffing levels, recruit, hire, educate, and motivate a high-performing team of brand advocates to create a best-in-class customer experience.
•Model exceptional customer engagement and selling to maximize store profitability by controlling expenses and protecting assets.
•Ensure store standards and processes for customer care, merchandising, operations, sustainability and community involvement are consistently executed.
•Build and maintain partnerships for in-store marketing events and community initiatives to raise brand awareness and drive traffic.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 63,200 - 79,000 annually

Key Requirements

•More than 3 years of multi-unit leadership or store management experience.
•People and performance management experience.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
•Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and profit results.
•Ability to plan and drive results while balancing shifting priorities.
