Key Responsibilities

  • •Align with business strategy by understanding and implementing management policies to achieve functional objectives.
  • •Deliver plant/company KPIs (Productivity, Cost, Quality, FROT, Lead Time) through project creation and execution.
  • •Develop new processes and equipment to meet plant/company KPIs and improve manufacturing efficiency and consistency.
  • •Monitor and audit processes and equipment, recommending continuous improvements to maximize process capability, including process FMEA.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to define product specifications and support project activities, including budget control.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Material Science (or related field).
  • •At least 2–3 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement and process engineering.
  • •Experience in plating or chemical process work in manufacturing.
  • •Lean manufacturing experience; Green Belt certification is preferred.
  • •Strong project management, budget control, and analytical problem-solving skills; good English communication and writing.
