Job Summary

Lead continuous improvement and process engineering efforts for Pandora’s jewelry production, focusing on plating/chemical processes to improve productivity, cost, quality, and lead time. Deliver plant and company KPIs through project creation and execution, develop new processes and equipment, and monitor/audit operations to strengthen process capability. Collaborate across functions, vendors, and plant sections, including Lean and Six Sigma initiatives and process FMEA to drive sustainable efficiency and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

•Align with business strategy by understanding and implementing management policies to achieve functional objectives.
•Deliver plant/company KPIs (Productivity, Cost, Quality, FROT, Lead Time) through project creation and execution.
•Develop new processes and equipment to meet plant/company KPIs and improve manufacturing efficiency and consistency.
•Monitor and audit processes and equipment, recommending continuous improvements to maximize process capability, including process FMEA.
•Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to define product specifications and support project activities, including budget control.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Material Science (or related field).
•At least 2–3 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement and process engineering.
•Experience in plating or chemical process work in manufacturing.

•Strong project management, budget control, and analytical problem-solving skills; good English communication and writing.
