Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion AECOM’s safety-first culture and ensure safety training plans and safe working practices are in place and improved continuously.
  • •Lead resourcing and technical delivery of multidisciplinary projects across the ASSIST business, including technical quality oversight and escalation ownership.
  • •Oversee delivery support for bids and proposals, including coordinating technical staff and reviewing technical solutions and cost build-ups.
  • •Develop resource strategies and lead workforce planning, training needs, and qualifications across all disciplines.
  • •Drive operational excellence through business cases for equipment/technology, adoption of enterprise capabilities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
