Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Senior Director to develop and execute advocacy strategy for Netflix’s U.S. federal policy priorities.
  • •Develop high-impact advocacy materials, including policy strategy, legislative analysis, talking points, and presentations.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with U.S. federal policymakers, including members of Congress, executive branch officials, and their staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in U.S. federal policy and/or advocacy, including roles in the U.S. Congress, federal agencies, corporations, law firms, trade associations, and/or civil society.
  • •Experience working on technology, media, and/or telecom policy is preferred.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating successfully with multiple teams.
  • •Excellent judgment, research skills, and attention to detail.
