Key Responsibilities

•Own full-funnel pipeline growth across paid advertising, CRO/experimentation, ABM, and intent programs, ensuring accountability to downstream metrics.
•Build and maintain demand dashboards and multi-touch attribution models; diagnose conversion friction and routing/SLA issues across the funnel.
•Run paid search and paid social strategy and execution (keyword strategy, targeting, creative direction, bid management) aligned to CAC and ROAS.
•Design and run A/B tests, manage the experimentation backlog, and ship improvements that increase visit-to-lead and lead-to-SQL conversion.
•Translate G2/ZoomInfo and in-product intent signals into personalized ABM journeys and coordinate plays with BDR/Sales to convert into trials, demos, and pipeline.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 132,500 - 143,750 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in B2B SaaS demand marketing with owned full-funnel programs and direct accountability to pipeline/revenue metrics.
•Hands-on SEM and paid social experience, including structuring campaigns, managing bids, writing briefs, and optimizing to pipeline metrics.
•Experience designing and running A/B tests and operationalizing intent signals into ABM programs (not just building lists).
•Comfort building dashboards, analyzing funnel conversion issues, and making data-backed recommendations using metrics like attribution, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
•Strong cross-functional collaboration with RevOps, PMM, Design, and Sales, along with exceptional written and spoken communication.
