Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, planning, and rollout of compensation initiatives across a range of reward activities.
  • •Run benchmarking for multiple functions and locations, building/reviewing pay structures and maintaining market competitiveness, pay equity, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to deliver the annual budget exercise and set up annual salary review cycles.
  • •Serve as a point of contact for market pricing, role evaluations, and compensation analysis/recommendations.
