•Support licensing, market entry, partner acquisition, office setup, hiring, and operating plans.
•Research markets, competitors, regulations, partners, and business models.
•Turn founder-level ideas into structured plans, owners, timelines, and next actions.
•Build trackers, briefs, memos, operating documents, and execution rhythms; own urgent issues until solved.

Key Requirements

•Be a strong generalist with high ownership, strong writing, and sharp business judgement.
•Learn new industries, regulations, and markets quickly.
•Be comfortable working on licensing, partnerships, operations, market research, and execution.
•Turn messy inputs into clear plans and follow-through.
•Strong English communication and structured thinking; startup/consulting/fintech/strategy/operations/investing or founder-led experience is an advantage.
