Job Summary

Drive residential solar and battery sales by generating your own leads and booking in-home presentations. Provide a consultative customer experience from first contact through installation and after the system is turned on. Qualify and vet customers’ needs, manage the prospect-to-install pipeline with follow-ups, and accurately report outcomes in a CRM. Meet sales targets set by sales leadership while working flexible evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop self-generated sales strategies, leads, and appointments for potential customers.
•Provide an end-to-end customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and after the system is turned on.
•Conduct in-home sales presentations, evaluating customers’ needs and knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.
•Manage the prospect-to-install pipeline by following up with leads and in-home consultations.
•Disposition and report outcomes accurately in the company’s CRM tool and meet sales targets set by sales leadership.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•1+ year of sales and/or lead generation experience, with in-home sales experience preferred.
•Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with the ability to pass a driving background check.

•Willingness to travel within the local market based on business needs and sales model.
•Intermediate comfort with technology, including using an iPad/computer and multiple software applications (CRM experience a plus).
