Key Responsibilities

  • •Formulate the project team, participate in kick-off, and execute project strategy across scope, estimation basis, and subcontracting.
  • •Coordinate with client and internal teams; set up project information systems and communications.
  • •Establish procedures, sequences, schedules, budgets, staffing, vendor lists, and progress milestones; develop execution plan artifacts.
  • •Manage project safety, scope, schedule, and budgets; maintain risk identification/mitigation and report progress to senior management/clients.
  • •Lead HSSE leadership and quality management initiatives; manage change control, cash flow/cost at completion, and P&L accountability through closeout and client approvals.

Key Requirements

  • •15 years of experience, including 5+ years in UAE/Middle East.
  • •Minimum 3 years as a Project Manager on medium to large-scale projects in a similar industry.
  • •HSE leadership compliance and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Project management experience with strong understanding of business issues, monitoring, and forecasting.
  • •Experience leading electrical projects, including brownfield work (preferred), such as switchgear replacement in oil and gas.
