  • •Supervise and coordinate Inventory Control Specialists, including training new associates and overseeing attendance and performance.
  • •Lead planned cycle counts and associated reporting to maintain inventory integrity.
  • •Resolve inventory integrity issues and document systematic issues to develop improvement plans.
  • •Serve as a primary contact for internal and external inventory management audits.
  • •Accountable for warehouse end-to-end process/system and continuous improvement, including accuracy of work instructions and procurement to meet SOX and ISO requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma and two (2) years supervisory experience in warehouse, inventory control, and/or logistics in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse and inventory control concepts (FIFO, FEFO, Kanban, cycle counting).
  • •Strong organizational and supervisory skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • •Excellent understanding of computer applications (MS Office) and WMS/ERP systems.
  • •Ability to lead training/measurement programs and coach/mentor associates while fostering a safety culture.
