You’ll manage seating arrangements and waitlists, maintain accurate guest history, and provide exceptional assistance based on product, menu, events, and bespoke offerings. Handle billing and payments, collaborate with the Food & Beverage team, and use sales techniques to upsell services and promotions while maintaining FIVE’s first-in-class standards.
