CRE Loan Administrator

Administer commercial real estate and construction loan servicing for assigned customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Review construction due diligence, analyze documents to determine advance amounts, and act as a secondary approver for construction draws and funds movement transactions. Serve as a first-line decision maker to mitigate issues and keep relationship and portfolio managers informed of risks, delays, and budget or interest reserve changes. Maintain accurate loan data and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to manage workflow.
