Deliver scalable, AI-ready analytics through enterprise BI platforms and drive adoption of intuitive, trusted insights—while leading a geographically distributed analytics product team.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Studio Distribution leadership to understand sales, financial, content supply chain, and content performance analytics and AI needs across businesses and geographies.
•Define long-term analytics product strategy to support commercial decision-making across Theatrical Distribution, Home Entertainment, and Global TV Distribution.
•Establish unified views of title, sales, and financial performance across distribution channels, windows, and territories by aligning data models and business definitions.
•Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities that improve workflows, user experience, and operational efficiency, translating business needs into an analytics roadmap.
•Own analytics product vision and success criteria, deliver scalable analytics through enterprise BI platforms, and lead a geographically distributed analytics product team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 205,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Math, Statistics, Economics, or a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
•10+ years of experience in analytics/insights or analytics product leadership, including 5+ years of management experience.
•Strong knowledge of AI/ML and experience identifying practical, high-value AI use cases.
•Ability to define and execute analytics strategy across multiple business lines with competing priorities.
•Hands-on familiarity with BI/analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, or equivalent platforms; familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Data Cloud is required.
