Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and test analytical models for client profiling, segmentation, wallet sizing, customer value measurement, and growth use cases using approved AI tools and agentic workflows where relevant.
  • •Translate analysis into clear recommendations, commercial implications, and practical next steps for frontline and CIB leadership.
  • •Partner with coverage, product, and servicing teams to understand needs, refine requirements, and support adoption of analytics outputs into business routines.
  • •Work with data engineering/technology to access data, improve data quality, document assumptions, and follow governance standards.
  • •Maintain model documentation, performance monitoring, and repeatable processes; contribute reusable code and standard methodologies while supporting peer review and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree with solid Data Science experience in financial institutions OR PhD with strong interest in banking (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of Python (preferred), SQL or R, with comfort in data wrangling and basic statistics.
  • •Exposure to visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (plus).
  • •Disciplined coding practices with a systems mindset.
  • •Ability to communicate insights clearly in plain language for business audiences and collaborate across time zones to meet deadlines.
