Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage engineering projects end-to-end: assess feasibility, ensure compliance to specifications/standards, and deliver in full and on time.
  • •Track and report weekly project status, including costs, payment milestones, and delivery or technical issues; conduct project closeout reviews and document lessons learned.
  • •Assist sales with tender/RFQ support by analyzing opportunity feasibility, interpreting technical specifications, and preparing technical/commercial exceptions.
  • •Execute engineering design for product customisations and modifications, including equipment/component selection, electrical/mechanical design (where applicable), and producing technical documentation and drawings.
  • •Validate product/equipment and related works by inspecting, evaluating, and testing to ensure performance, quality requirements, and applicable Australian standards.

  • •Execute overall project management for assigned engineering projects, including reviewing scope, budget, and delivery requirements to assess feasibility.
  • •Ensure technical compliance with project specifications and applicable standards and that outputs meet customer needs.
  • •Support tender analysis and RFQ activities, including initial feasibility assessment, interpreting specifications, and writing technical/commercial exceptions.
  • •Conduct engineering design for product customisations and modifications, including documentation/drawings and quality plans, ITPs, and test & commissioning procedures.
