Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support well clean-up, gas plant back-gassing, and hydrocarbon export to shore activities.
  • •Manage mechanical permits under the Control of Work (CoW) system.
  • •Provide shift handovers and daily operational updates to the Production Supervisor.
  • •Coordinate with Production and Start-up teams to keep mechanical and rotating equipment safe, operational, and compliant with start-up procedures.
  • •Conduct risk assessments, enforce HSE policies, lead toolbox talks/safety briefings, and support incident response as first responder.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid BOSIET/FOET, HUET, and offshore safety certifications
  • •Valid offshore medical certificate (OGUK or equivalent)
  • •Strong expertise in offshore mechanical and rotating equipment, including pumps, valves, power generation systems, and platform cranes
  • •Sound knowledge of HSE practices, hazard identification, risk assessment, and emergency response
  • •Experience in mechanical isolation, de-isolation, and equipment reinstatement activities
