Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively monitor network security events, review tickets/requests, and respond to incidents and problems in line with SLAs.
  • •Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Fortinet security devices and security infrastructure.
  • •Implement and maintain firewall policies and security controls such as VPN connectivity, IPS, and URL/web filtering.
  • •Manage security policy/configuration reviews, policy optimization, and compliance checks; troubleshoot complex security issues.
  • •Support Cisco routing/switching, Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), and Cisco ISE for authentication, authorization, and access control; coordinate upgrades and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Any Graduate (mandatory).
  • •CCNA Certification (mandatory).
  • •4+ years total experience and 3+ years in network security.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet Security Solutions (FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, VPN, IPS, web filtering).
  • •Hands-on ability to design/implement/manage/troubleshoot network security infrastructure, including firewall configuration, VPN support, and incident analysis/resolution.
