Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead monthly Capital & G&A forecasting, including data pulls, reconciliations, and uploads for Measurement, Automation, and Technical Services RCs.
  • •Prepare monthly Capital & G&A variance analyses and consolidated financial reporting packages for leadership stakeholders.
  • •Manage annual Capital & G&A budget development, including templates, timelines, consolidations, and leadership presentations.
  • •Submit and track monthly accruals and ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and accounting policies.
  • •Create and maintain AFEs and PRNs (change requests) and support procurement workflows (RFM/RFS, requisitions, PO setup, invoice processing), including reporting tool maintenance and ad hoc analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or operations within the energy, utilities, or industrial sectors.
  • •Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis knowledge, including capital and G&A budgeting cycles (accruals, reclasses).
  • •Knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and corporate financial controls.
  • •Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and working with financial systems/tools.
