Key Responsibilities

•Manage liquidity effectively across short- and mid-term horizons on bank accounts, VASP wallets, and digital wallets.
•Oversee large cross-border transfers and system funding to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
•Build and manage relationships with banks, payment providers, custodians, and OTC platforms.
•Develop and implement internal treasury policies, liquidity limits, and risk management systems.
•Support complex or non-standard treasury requests and navigate banking compliance and onboarding of new solutions.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or liquidity management in fintech, IT, or banking.
•Deep expertise in multi-currency liquidity management, cash pooling, and operating models of traditional banks and stablecoins.
•Proven experience engaging with banks, financial institutions, and licensed providers (VASP).
•Advanced Excel skills and the ability to visualize complex financial data.
•English at B2+ / C1 level for business negotiations with international banking institutions.
