Job Summary

Senior fullstack engineer responsible for building the end-to-end RCM AI billing platform. You’ll own the tech stack from backend to frontend, collaborate directly with clinicians and customers, and implement agent orchestration for autonomous AI tasks, leveraging Python, JavaScript, Vue, React Native, Flask, Docker and Kubernetes to transform revenue cycle management in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end development of the RCM AI product, shipping features from idea to production
•Build and maintain an agent orchestration layer and self-improving feedback loops for AI agents
•Collaborate across the full stack (frontend, backend, and cloud) and work with customers daily to resolve issues
•Ship quickly in a high-velocity environment using Python, Vue/React Native, Flask and related frameworks
•Partner with clinicians and product teams to ensure solutions meet user needs and deliver impact in healthcare

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent extensive experience
•Professional software development industry experience
•Must be comfortable with Python (backend/full-stack)
•Very familiar with frontend JS technologies (React, Vue)
•General understanding of containers and cloud (Docker, Kubernetes)
