Director, Technical Solutions

Lead Bugcrowd’s global Technical Solutions organization, setting strategy and annual priorities for pre-sales technical engagements. Own the vision for solution architecture and scoping for commercial and field accounts, while building standardized demo and presentation assets. Manage and mentor a global team, define KPIs and budgets, and act as executive technical sponsor for key accounts. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate customer insights into roadmaps and drive seamless customer experiences.
