Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop MEP project plans aligned with overall goals and timelines.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary teams to meet project milestones.
  • •Oversee MEP design development, ensuring compliance with standards and quality through audits and reviews.
  • •Provide expert guidance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and ensure integration of MEP with CSA systems.
  • •Manage design changes, assess impacts, identify and mitigate MEP-related risks; act as main contact for MEP coordination and communication; plan commissioning and support training and final handover of operational MEP systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant experience.
  • •10 years in the MEP industry, including experience managing large-scale advanced manufacturing and data center projects.
  • •Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including design principles, construction methods, and materials.
  • •Ability to proactively identify issues and develop effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) is essential.
