Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with segment and persona stakeholders to develop, evolve, and maintain business segment strategy, process, and persona requirements.
  • •Act as primary point of contact for segment senior leadership on Business Segment Roadmap status and aligned initiatives.
  • •Analyze and document current-state process flows, policies, decision frameworks, hand-off dependencies, and user journeys.
  • •Develop process evolution strategy by persona, segment, and system, based on findings, gaps analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
  • •Build future-state process transformations, including future-state policy definitions and user journey maps, and partner with business capability teams for roadmap input.
