Senior Estimation And Tendering Manager (QA)

Develop estimation and tendering strategy, plans, and high-quality bid proposals. Oversee estimating processes and tender management to drive winning bids and profitable contracts, including construction cost estimates, BOQ-based material/equipment/manpower needs, and risk assessment from tender documents. Lead Estimation Managers and a Managing QS team, manage scoping/estimating systems, review CCS (Candy) and tender documents, and support management during pre-tender and clarification stages.
