Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach colleagues daily to maximize department impact and deliver world-class service.
  • •Protect the customer journey by coordinating store objectives and responding to customer feedback daily.
  • •Ensure store operations follow opening/closing procedures, implement visual guidelines, and conduct daily floor walks.
  • •Manage cash line procedures with controls for purchases, returns, and damages; maintain safety procedures for a zero-accident environment.
  • •Train and induct staff, manage appraisals and performance, and support succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Sales Associate.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Exceptional customer service with the ability to maximize employee productivity.
  • •Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • •Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with good MS Excel and Word skills.
