Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily operations of all Food & Beverage venues to ensure service and operational excellence.
  • •Support and guide Outlet Managers to achieve departmental objectives, financial targets, and guest satisfaction goals.
  • •Ensure consistent luxury service standards across outlets, including regular inspections, quality audits, and guest experience monitoring.
  • •Lead implementation and continuous improvement of Forbes Travel Guide and LQA standards throughout the F&B division.
  • •Partner with HR on recruitment and talent development, and assist with budgets, forecasts, and business strategies to maximize profitability.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a Food & Beverage management role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
  • •Proven experience managing multiple outlets and large teams.
  • •Knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide and LQA standards, with experience in Forbes Five-Star/LQA environments preferred.
  • •Experience in recruitment, talent development, and leadership coaching.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
