Inside Sales Associate

Build customer relationships by supporting walk-in and phone inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating product delivery. You’ll handle questions and complaints, enter sales orders accurately to generate invoices, and manage payment/credit authorization. The role also estimates delivery dates, evaluates warranty items, and assists with receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.
