Job Summary

Provide evidence-based behavioral health services as a BCaBA, delivering assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism and developmental disabilities. Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and stay current on research and best practices while serving Loudoun and Alexandria Counties.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
•Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
•Provide one-on-one therapy and support for families.
•Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
•Maintain accurate and confidential, HIPAA-compliant documentation and stay current on behavioral health research and best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45 - 55 hourly

Key Requirements

•BCaBA certification.
•Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field (students pursuing an ABA master’s are encouraged).
•Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
•Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills, with empathy and patience for client-centered care.
•Active CPR certification and ability to pass a background check; reliable transportation; physical ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, sit on the floor).
