Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • •Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
  • •Provide one-on-one therapy and support for families.
  • •Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
  • •Maintain accurate and confidential, HIPAA-compliant documentation and stay current on behavioral health research and best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45 - 55 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •BCaBA certification.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field (students pursuing an ABA master’s are encouraged).
  • •Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • •Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills, with empathy and patience for client-centered care.
  • •Active CPR certification and ability to pass a background check; reliable transportation; physical ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, sit on the floor).
