  • •Champion safety and compliance by adhering to best practices, conducting monthly safety audits, and ensuring GMP and food-safety standards.
  • •Troubleshoot and maintain equipment by decoding electrical schematics and user manuals; resolve PLC and touchscreen issues and diagnose control networking problems.
  • •Improve processes by identifying and driving automation enhancements, partnering with management and engineering on innovative projects.
  • •Create and maintain documentation and training materials, and mentor maintenance technicians with hands-on guidance.
  • •Collaborate with IT to maintain and troubleshoot servers, keeping operations smooth and minimizing downtime.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree from an accredited college or technical school plus 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience).
  • •Ability to read, analyze, and interpret electrical schematics, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and regulatory/procedure manuals in English.
  • •Ability to write reports, procedural manuals, and correspondence in English.
  • •Experience with Allen Bradley/Rockwell automation required.
  • •Be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision, communicating issue/project status effectively and providing technical leadership to maintenance technicians.
