Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the daily operations of Finance Operations – Credit Control.
  • •Follow up with intermediaries (agents, brokers, etc.) via email and phone on overdue premiums and claims recoveries.
  • •Reconcile incoming payments/settlements with intermediaries and resolve discrepancies.
  • •Liaise with internal teams to resolve billing disputes and overdue issues.
