Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Accounts Payable (AP) with setup of new vendors and customers via NBCU support central systems.
  • •Prepare bank and general ledger reconciliations, including journals, cash receipting, and manual payment entries.
  • •Provide audit support from Mar-May.
  • •Assist with marketing open PO’s and liaise with AU and NZ teams and AP team on older film titles.
  • •Support intercompany recharges, reconcile credit card statements and business expenses, and prepare month/quarter-end accounting journals and BAS returns.
