Process Integration and Yield Technician

Support assembly and test technology development for advanced electronic packaging by performing electrical and physical failure analysis to identify root causes for new package technologies. Set up, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments, conduct experiments, document observations/results, and develop conclusions. Work with the assembly and test technology team based in Chandler, collaborating under pressure with strong technical writing and organizational skills.
