Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose issues using tech-driven data and determine root cause and corrective action.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely daily paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts; help train lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Have extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Be able to perform safe repairs and maintain accurate work order/electronic documentation daily.
  • •Hold a high school diploma (trade school certificate preferred).
