Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product work end to end: understand the problem, choose an approach, build (AI-assisted coding, PRs, internal tools), launch, measure, and iterate with minimal handoffs.
  • •Use AI daily for research, analysis, prototyping, and debugging as part of your workflow.
  • •Identify the most valuable opportunities and design the smallest meaningful experiments to test assumptions quickly.
  • •Define success up front, analyze outcomes after experiments go live, and use results to improve, expand, or stop shipped work.
  • •Partner embedded in a software engineering squad with the co-founder/CTO, designers, and engineers to deliver priority projects and communicate decisions to stakeholders.
