Job Summary

Lead end-to-end ELV (ICT infrastructure) delivery projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality align with client expectations. Own project planning and initiation, manage execution through handover, and track KPIs and progress. Coordinate stakeholders across internal teams, vendors, and customers, maintain project documentation, and run regular review/status updates. Perform quality checks and acceptance tests, manage resources, risks, and compliance, and produce closure reports for audits.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end ELV project delivery from initiation to handover, aligned with client and organizational goals.
•Develop project plans (schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources) and manage risks with mitigation and contingency planning.
•Monitor project progress using KPIs to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
•Own project documentation including charters, schedules, status reports, and acceptance sign-offs; maintain closure reports for audits.
•Act as the single point of contact and run stakeholder review meetings, communication, escalation handling, and acceptance tests with clients.

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of ELV solutions, structured cabling standards, and Active Networking.
•Knowledge of ELV systems including CCTV, ACS, BMS, Rodent, Vesda, Intrusion Alarm System, PA, FA, Gate Barrier, and Parking Management.
•Knowledge of EIA/TIA 568 Cabling Standards and ability to read AutoCAD layout drawings and prepare red-line drawings.
•Hands-on experience with termination of Cat6 and Cat6A modules, including using testing equipment, downloading test results, analyzing reports, and preparing documents.
•Conduct quality audits of cable installation, termination, dressing, and labeling; communication via speaking and email; preferred OEM certifications.
