Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect and formalise requirements from business functions, drafting functional analysis, feasibility assessments, and specifications for change requests and new applications.
  • •Coordinate with external development partners throughout delivery to align business needs with implemented solutions.
  • •Prepare and execute functional and regression test cases, manage anomalies, and support key users during UAT and release phases.
  • •Support AMS activities by managing user and business-function requests for applications in scope.
  • •Manage the ticketing flow and incident monitoring, coordinating with suppliers for anomaly resolution; support project activities and prepare reports/dashboards for AI initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 35,000 - 42,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree; technical background in engineering/computer science preferred but not mandatory.
  • •2-4 years of experience in functional analysis or application support in an IT department or consultancy.
  • •Ability to draft functional analysis and project documentation, with knowledge of application testing methodologies.
  • •Strong analytical skills (critical thinking, problem-solving, proactivity) with accuracy and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Good relational skills with both technical and business stakeholders; English B2 (spoken and written).
