•Provide on-site/remote technical assistance to customers and resolve product-related issues in a timely manner
•Collaborate with the Technical Services Core team to implement solutions and share best practices
•Diagnose root causes, guide customers through problem resolution, and document solutions
•Participate in post-incident reviews and knowledge base updates to prevent recurrence
•Liaise with regional teams across APAC/EMEA/LATAM/Canada & Mexico to coordinate support efforts

Key Requirements

•Experience in technical support or customer-facing engineering roles
•Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication
•Ability to work in an in-office environment in Sydney
•Experience with delivering enterprise software services or support
