HR & Training Leader (Baghdad, IQ)

Facilitate employee relations and resolve HR issues while partnering with Legal and HR on labor and employment law matters. Implement and oversee local ER initiatives, reward and recognition programs, succession planning, performance appraisal, and station training plans. Manage HR compliance and audits, maintain accurate employee records, support probation evaluations, handle grievances and workplace conflicts, and provide legal advice and coaching aligned with the Global Employee Relations agenda.
