Job Summary

Own functional and system testing for data center networking platforms, building large-scale test topologies and automation frameworks. Architect end-to-end validation using Python or Golang, and define CI/CD strategies for continuous testing. Drive performance, scale, and convergence testing while improving system-level performance. Key Responsibilities

•Architect large-scale system test topologies and automation frameworks for continuous end-to-end solution validation.
•Define CI/CD strategy and deliver automated testing integrated into seamless testing workflows.
•Lead performance, scale, and convergence testing, analyzing and improving system-level performance.
•Drive adoption of AI/ML/GenAI in QA, including AI-assisted test generation, intelligent selection/prioritization, and self-healing automation.
•Own test strategy, mentoring, and engineering standards, and author validation documents, reference architectures, and test reports.

Key Requirements

•BS or MS in EE/CS with 8+ years of hands-on experience in functional/system test and automation, including a track record of technical leadership.
•Expert knowledge of data center networking including IP Fabric, VxLAN EVPN, and network virtualization frameworks.
•Expert knowledge of Ethernet, optics, and networking hardware, plus network security and routing protocols (OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, Multicast).
•Proven experience architecting large-scale system test topologies and automation frameworks using Python or Golang.
•Demonstrated leadership introducing AI/ML or GenAI into QA, including AI-assisted testing, triage, or analytics at team or org scale.
