Counsel – Settlement Team

Lead and manage complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlements from negotiation through final claim resolution and program closure. Serve as primary legal and operations lead, drafting and finalizing settlement documents while resolving claimant disputes. Develop settlement structures and eligibility criteria, manage workflow and quality assurance, and oversee teams handling claim qualification and categorization. Perform claims data analysis and ensure compliance with settlement fund governance and reporting obligations.
