Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects across the portfolio, from site feasibility through construction and operational launch, managing multi-site deployments.
  • •Direct construction execution, including permitting, zoning, and municipal approvals, while overseeing contractors and vendors to meet safety, quality, and budget expectations.
  • •Implement project controls and standard project management procedures, maintaining forecasts for schedule, budget, risks, claims, EH&S, and quality; drive corrective actions.
  • •Coordinate internal and external decisions, including utility engagement, to ensure power timelines support project schedules and provide timely updates to leadership and partners.
  • •Identify future infrastructure needs aligned to expansion plans and develop deployable solutions; adapt to changing business models and collaborate cross-functionally.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in a technical construction management role, preferably EV charging, retail fueling/gas, renewables, data center, or similar physical infrastructure development.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •Ability to review architectural/civil drawings and electrical diagrams.
  • •Demonstrable experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects and delivering multi-site deployments.
  • •Strong financial acumen, including budget creation, forecasting, change order management, and CapEx oversight.
