Job Summary

Own technology procurement strategy for Wise’s spend categories across software, hardware, cloud infrastructure, data services, networks and telco. Partner with internal stakeholders to support sourcing projects, run and score RFPs, negotiate directly with suppliers, and drive spend optimization and cost reduction through analytical and financial input. Help evaluate and consolidate suppliers, support contract renegotiations, and implement procurement automation tools for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in executing technology procurement strategies and conduct market research to understand industry trends and supply/demand shifts.
•Support stakeholder relationship management and preparation for cross-departmental alignment.
•Provide analytical and financial support for spend optimization and cost reduction on assigned sourcing projects.
•Assist in supplier evaluation using criteria for quality, price, and reliability; support contract renegotiations and new RFPs.
•Help implement procurement technologies and automation tools to improve process efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: HUF 1,005,000 - 1,280,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Foundational experience forming commercial strategies, ideally in financial services or fintech, with exposure to the technology categories in scope.
•Strong procurement experience executing process, including running and scoring RFPs and negotiating directly with suppliers.
•Demonstrated project management capability to deliver strategic sourcing projects.
•Ability to personally contribute to achieving commercial targets and support cost reduction/spend optimization.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different teams, with foundational risk-management judgment.
