Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and evolve scalable operational models across the Commercial Risk product portfolio.
  • •Ensure ownership, governance, support processes, and documentation for supported products.
  • •Own incident/problem/change impact coordination for business-critical applications and lead service restoration activities.
  • •Manage vendor AMS providers, third-party partners, and internal support teams to deliver operational outcomes.
  • •Drive operational excellence through benchmark measurement, SLA management, reporting, monitoring/observability, and release readiness improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience leading IT Operations, Production Support, Product Operations, or Platform Operations in complex enterprise environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes, including managing major incidents and communications.
  • •Proven ability managing multiple support providers, outsourced services, and vendor relationships against service levels.
  • •Experience partnering with Product Management and Engineering to prioritize operational improvements and guide delivery roadmaps.
  • •Excellent collaborator management with analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
