Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and servicing on DX air conditioning units, split systems, and associated HVAC equipment.
  • •Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in DX systems and repair/replace defective parts such as compressors, fan motors, and control boards.
  • •Install and commission new DX units according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
  • •Safely handle, recover, test, and charge refrigerants in compliance with environmental regulations.
  • •Maintain accurate service logs, repair records, and equipment condition reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as an HVAC/AC Technician, including Package units, Ducted Split units, and VRF systems.
  • •Relevant technical degree, diploma, or vocational training in HVAC/R.
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical schematics, and blueprints.
  • •Strong physical stamina and commitment to workplace safety protocols.
