Key Responsibilities

•Design the Wise Assistant content system from the ground up in collaboration with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver conversational AI experiences that help customers in the moment they need assistance
•Collaborate with engineering, data science, product and design partners to set vision and strategy and coach teams to deliver it
•Prioritise content needs across multiple teams and deliver high-impact projects, influencing the product area
•Standardise and systematise customer experiences with design leaders from other squads
•Elevate content design quality and maturity across the Support squad and contribute to the Content Guild across Wise

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 128,000 - 173,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience shipping world-class products as a Content Designer or equivalent
•Hands-on understanding of AI systems, prompts, guardrails, and knowledge architecture in user-facing products
•Proven ability to design systems that generate content and customer experiences and to work with engineers, data scientists, product and design partners
•Experience guiding content strategy across squads, prioritising impactful projects, and coaching other content designers
•Comfort navigating ambiguity and working in fast-paced environments, with a strong emphasis on quality and empathy
