Lead programme-wide performance reporting within the PMO, consolidating schedule, cost, risk, and delivery data into a single, trusted source of truth. Define reporting cycles, standards, and KPIs across projects and delivery partners, and transform complex datasets into clear insights for Programme Board and Executive governance. Develop interactive dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) and provide forward-looking trend and early-warning insights to support proactive decision-making and escalation.

•Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated programme reporting so performance data is brought into a clear, cohesive view.
•Establish and maintain a single trusted source of truth for programme performance across schedule, cost, risk, and delivery.
•Translate complex datasets into actionable insights that support decision-making at Programme Board and Executive level.
•Define and manage reporting cycles, timelines, frameworks, and standards to ensure consistent, high-quality, governance-compliant outputs.
•Lead development of dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) and provide forward-looking insights including trends, emerging risks, and early warning indicators.
