Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership for pitching and execution of CIB transactions and support Managing Directors in day-to-day team management.
  • •Oversee groups’ modeling and analytical capabilities and ensure high-quality analysis and materials are delivered.
  • •Create high-impact pitch materials and run transaction execution processes.
  • •Supervise Associates and Analysts, provide performance feedback, develop talent, and support succession planning.
  • •Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, confidentiality, and information barrier requirements across all workstreams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree/certification such as CFA strongly preferred but not required.
  • •7-10 years of total relevant investment banking experience, including prior Associate-level responsibilities, ideally including Environmental Services.
  • •Proven track record originating and closing complex financial transactions as part of a team.
  • •Excellent oral and written presentation skills and strong relationship-building skills.
  • •Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79, and Series 63 licenses (or ability to maintain/obtain per company policy), plus advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
