Job Summary

Own customer adoption for a high-volume portfolio by building scalable enablement and implementation processes that drive rapid time-to-value. Serve as the most knowledgeable product expert for ElevenLabs across ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative, auditing prompts and configurations to surface gaps and recommendations. Track adoption metrics with RevOps to develop data-driven strategies, and partner with Account Management and CX on workshops, webinars, and regional campaigns.

•Build scalable implementation and enablement processes to educate customers on best practices and accelerate time-to-value
•Develop deep product expertise across ElevenLabs, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative
•Audit customer agent prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps and recommend improvements
•Track leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with RevOps to iterate reporting and develop adoption strategies
•Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns (workshops and webinars)

Key Requirements

•6+ years in implementation, solutions consulting/engineering, technical account management, or similar in a technical SaaS or AI-native company
•Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
•Built adoption-focused programs (onboarding tracks, scaled playbooks, and self-serve content) from the ground up
•Strong systems thinking and ability to scale or automate using AI tools and workflows
•Fluency in English is essential, with experience driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority
