Key Responsibilities

  • •Build scalable implementation and enablement processes to educate customers on best practices and accelerate time-to-value
  • •Develop deep product expertise across ElevenLabs, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative
  • •Audit customer agent prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps and recommend improvements
  • •Track leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with RevOps to iterate reporting and develop adoption strategies
  • •Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns (workshops and webinars)

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in implementation, solutions consulting/engineering, technical account management, or similar in a technical SaaS or AI-native company
  • •Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
  • •Built adoption-focused programs (onboarding tracks, scaled playbooks, and self-serve content) from the ground up
  • •Strong systems thinking and ability to scale or automate using AI tools and workflows
  • •Fluency in English is essential, with experience driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority
